| Terroir et climat: | Placé en première côte sur la rive droite du Tarn, nous possédons un sol argilo-calcaire. Notre climat humide au printemps et chaud en été et automne nous vient d'une cohésion entre le climat océanique et méditeranéen. |
| Vinification: | Une récolte mécanique soignée à maturité optimale. Fermentation alcoolique et cuvaison d'environ 10 jours. Pressurage délicat. Soutirage et mise en bouteille quelques mois après. |

| Vinification: | Neat mechanical harvest at optimum maturity. Alcoholic fermentation and vatting for about 10 days. Delicate pressing. Racking and bottling a few months later. |
