Terroir et climat : | Placé en première côte sur la rive droite du Tarn, nous possédons un sol argilo-calcaire. Notre climat humide au printemps et chaud en été et automne nous vient d’une cohésion entre le climat océanique et méditerranéen. |
Vinification : | Une récolte mécanique soignée suivi d’un pressurage direct à basse température et sous gaz inerte pour une bonne protection et conservation des arômes fruités. Fermentation alcoolique lente à 16°C. Soutirage et mise en bouteille précoce. |
